Lead 401 was truly an amazing growing experience for me. I went into this class knowing I needed help growing and shaping the leadership skills the Lord gave me. This class not only helped develop my leadership abilities but it changed me. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow in the ways the Lord needed me to.
When I walked into this class, I had doubts about whether I was truly being called into leadership. However, I left the class with the confidence to lead the way the Lord was calling me to lead. Leadership requires getting down in the trenches, and Lead 401 gives you the skills to accomplish just that.
