Weddings at Mid-Cities

Congratulations! Your wedding will be one of the most special moments of your new lives together. At Mid-Cities, we want to help make your special day a beautiful, memorable occasion that will be cherished.

Process for Renting

1.) Fill out the online form. Click Here.
*Note: the online form will have a Wedding Packet PDF that you will need to download and read. This will be crucial to the next step.
2.) Turn in Wedding Packet PDF. Download Here.
This packet is full of vital information and must be completed by signing each page and requires both of your signatures. The completed wedding packet must be submitted to the Building Events Coordinator via email or brought to our church offices at 3001 N Big Spring Street, Midland, TX 79705.

Once all forms are turned in they will be processed by the building committee for approval. This process will take thirty (30) business days. Once the process has been completed, the Building Events Coordinator will contact you.

Non-Wedding Facility Rental Process

Our facilities are often used for both church sponsored events and private party/community events. It is our desire at Mid-Cities to help make your event not only successful but also memorable!
